Connecting your wallet performs a non-custodial signature to verify your mainnet $RONIN balance. The portal then locks your native RONIN inside the audited Ronin → Ethereum bridge contract and mints an equivalent 1:1 ERC-20 RONIN allocation to the same address on Ethereum. There is no swap, no fee taken from your principal, and no expiry on your allocation — only network gas applies. Migration is final once confirmed by 7 of 9 bridge validators (~3 minutes).
